Candy Baby Shower Favors

Small glass jars filled with sweets, like gummy bears, baby talk candy, jellybeans, mini marshmallows, or lemon drops, make really cute baby shower favors.

So here’s how to make candy baby shower favors:

1.  First choose some suitable little glass storage jars with lids – many apothecary, ball, spice, and candy jars, are just the right size for this project.

2.  Pick some scrumptious candy – maybe in a color to match a baby shower theme.

3.  Fill the jars. Then put their lids on.

4.  Tie a narrow ribbon in a bow, around the neck of each jar – choose a ribbon that matches or coordinates with your theme, or candy.

5.  Then tie a gift tag – perhaps with a cute thank you verse – and a baby favor charm, to every ribbon.

Incidentally, mini cookies, and cotton balls, also make great fillers for small jars.  And don’t forget, as well as enjoying the contents, each one of your party guests is sure to find a good use for their little jar too.
